Job information
1. Duties:1. Handle the procedures of employee entry, departure, transfer and promotion;
2. Assist in handling attendance production and employee file management;
3. Assist in recruiting arrangements for social recruitment and school recruitment;
4. Handle employee commercial insurance, social security, and provident fund increase and decrease;
5. Other daily work matters explained by the leader.
2.Requirements:1. 2020 undergraduate and above graduates, human resources, administration and management majors are preferred;
2. Strong resistance to stress and hardship;
3. Agile thinking, careful and responsible work;
4. Lively, cheerful and outgoing, with good communication and coordination skills;
5. Good writing, affinity, and strong sense of service;
6. Those with excellent grades, those who have received school scholarships for many times are preferred.
3. Salary and benefits:1.High salary
1)Post monthly salary standard:
7400-10600yuan/month
2) Composition of monthly salary:
Basic salary + post salary + performance salary + education subsidy + daily attendance award.
